These are the gloves that former UFC lightweight champion, Sean Sherk, wore for his fight against Tyson Griffin at UFC 90 on October 25, 2008 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL... This was an amazing fight between two of the top lightweight fighters in the world and they were awarded FIGHT OF THE NIGHT honors for their performances. Sherk won the fight via unanimous decision!
Fight-worn items such as this obviously hold a great deal of sentimental value to the fighters, and they do not part with them easily. They are actual pieces of MMA history in the truest sense, containing the blood and sweat shed by warriors competing in the realest form of sports combat.
The gloves come with photo proof, as well as a document signed by Sean attesting to the authenticity of the gloves, as well as the signatures (signatures on both gloves read "Sean Sherk UFC 90").
